Run by husband-and-wife team Ashley Mah and David Dalrymple, the pair started out, as so many foodie businesses we know, as a micro-bakery during lockdown. More recently, they were trading out of an industrial estate at the back of Burgess Park. But now they have realised their dream and opened their first bricks-and-mortar bakery in East Dulwich.
