Set within a grand winter garden décor, occupying the former historic library of the Old War Office, sunlight filters through the glass roof onto refined, yet comfortable seating, where the great classics of French cuisine - timeless, comforting, deeply rooted in collective memory - become the starting point for a renewed culinary expression, guided by provenance. Think rich, velvety sauces, perfectly caramelised meats, crispy-skinned fish, and golden, buttery potatoes - with layers of contrasting textures in every bite.
