Set within a former bank near St James’s, JUL’S occupies a building steeped in heritage and history. In the restaurant chef Christos presents a Greek-inspired Mediterranean menu guided by seasonality and a strong sense of locality. Vibrant, balanced and ingredient-led, the dishes include slow-cooked Iberico pork neck with paccheri and parmesan foam, alongside a Greek salad with feta, capers, carob and Kalamata olives, among other standout plates.
Complementing the food is an impressive cocktail programme led by Bar Directors Vasilis Sgouromallis and Dimitris Karapanos. Signature serves include the Anassa, blending Hendrick’s Gin with mint, cucumber, sweet bell pepper and chives, and the Born Star - a refined take on the Passionfruit Martini made with Grey Goose vodka, exotic fruits, yoghurt and vanilla.
