If you haven't yet been to Bancone, its new Bloomsbury restaurant is going to be the perfect excuse to visit. The award-winning pasta restaurant is opening at The Imperial hotel, bringing its celebrated fresh pasta to this radically redesigned central London hotel.
The new 140-cover restaurant will feature counter dining overlooking the kitchen, a lively bar area and a 60-seat terrace for al fresco dining. It's Bancone's sixth London restaurant, joining its existing sites in Covent Garden, Soho, Borough, Kensington and the City.
Expect signature dishes including the famous Silk Handkerchiefs with walnut butter and confit egg yolk, alongside bucatini cacio e pepe, spicy pork and nduja ragù with tagliatelle and Herdwick hogget pappardelle.
