This Autumn, the menu at newish East London chicken shop Bird is having a bit of a refresh. And that's where is where these sliders come in. The Nashville Hot Sliders are fried tenders dunked in their own homemade cayenne pepper sauce, with pickles and kewpie mayo on a soft roll.

Other new items include an extra hot chilli glaze, tonkatsu and plum sauces, Crispy Mu Shu Fried chicken (like a Peking duck platter) and two new sides of deep fried pickles and padron peppers.

The new menu launches 1 October at Bird, 42/44 Kingsland Road, E2 8DA, London
