tastefoieThe 2014 Taste of London festival kicks off on Wednesday 18th June and to celebrate Cellar Gascon are going to be featuring a ‘Best of Taste’ menu at Cellar Gascon over the Summer from Wednesday.

The menu will showcase some of Head Chef Pascal Aussignac’s best Taste Of London dishes from the past ten years, including both his winners of the ‘Best in Taste’ award, the Foie Gras & Summer Truffle Burger (2011) and Marmite Royale & Soldiers (2012). The full list of dishes is:

  • Foie gras and truffle burger
  • Marmite Royale and soldiers
  • Crispy Barbecued Foie Gras
  • Truffled duck egg
  • Gascon Mess
  • Wahoo Cornetto
  • Duck & dog

As for this year's Taste, we're looking forward to trying Pascal's Crispy BBQ Foie Gras which you'll also find on the Best of Taste menu. All dishes will come with suggested wine pairings and can be ordered alongside the restaurant's new Summer tapas menu.

The ‘Best of Taste’ menu runs from Wednesday 18th June 2014 for lunch and dinner Monday – Friday at Cellar Gascon, 59 West Smithfield, London, EC1A 9DS
