KFC are teaming up with La Vieille Ferme for a pop-up wine bar

Already a company known for coming up with great marketing ploys (the lickable wrapping paper was a great example of that), KFC are gearing up for their next stunt. And it's one we entirely approve of - they're opening a KFC wine bar.

For one weekend, they're teaming up with La Vieille Ferme, better known to most as the Chicken Wine, to launch Coq au Vin, a three-day wine and fried chicken pop-up in Shoreditch. At the pop-up, they'll have popcorn chicken, hot wings and tenders on the chicken side of things. And all that chicken will be served alongside wine. La Vieille Ferme are bringing along their sparkling rosé as well as their rouge, blanc and rosé wines.

The bar is going to be open throughout the late August bank holiday weekend and Tickets are just £15. Each slot is for 90 minutes, so we think you'll be able to get through a fair bit of chicken and wine in that time. Frankly, that sounds to us like a great way to spend the weekend.
