Any London closures are a bad thing, so we're delighted to bring you news this morning of a reopening in Walthamstow. It's been a few months since Eat 17 in Walthamstow closed their restaurant. But the good news is that it's now been taken over by The Good Egg and is getting ready to reopen.
If you've had the pleasure of eating at The Good Egg before, you'll know that, as the name suggests, they go big on brunch. On the menu you can expect shakshuka, babka French toast and some amazing za’atar fried chicken. They're also promising a range of new specials for their Walthamstow branch.
"We are honoured to be taking over their restaurant space to bring you an exciting, new neighbourhood Good Egg," say the team.
