They've been delivering and popping up across London as well as running a popular residency in Walthamstow's Crate, but now Baggio Burger are getting ready to open in their permanent Walthamstow home.
Run by a father and son team, they're all about serving up Amalfi-coast-inspired Italian burgers. They had previously tested out a vegan-only site, but this one is back to featuring all their burgers. So on the menu, you'll find offerings like:
- The Zola burger - dry-aged British beef patty, Mozzarella, homemade Gorgonzola and Parmesan sauce, house fig jam and rocket.
- The Baggio Burger - dry-aged British beef patty, Mozzarella, crispy Parma Ham, home made sun-dried tomato ketchup, pickles and rocket.
On the side, they'll have either oregano or Parmesan fries, plus there are specials planned. "We also feel it’s important to explore our Italian heritage and put some of our favourite dishes on the menu as time goes on," they say, "so keep your eyes peeled for these." They're also planning to add Sunday roasts too.
