There's a lot of change afoot at Bloomsbury's Brunswick centre at the moment, we've had new openings like Tian Tian supermarket and now they're about to get a new plant-based pasta restaurant, Punk Pasta.
It comes from Erich Ribeiro, best known for Redemption Bar, his Covent Garden plant-based restaurant that was a casualty of the pandemic last September. Plans for this egg-free pasta restaurant are still thin on the ground, but planned for the menu will be pasta infused with matcha (colourful pasta is the order of the day here), hemp pesto, vegan chocolate cake, CBD infused cocktails and more.
