Excellent news for carnivores this morning as Hawksmoor have just announced the launch of their second Hawksmoor at Home box. The last one came out in July (you can read our Test Drive here) but, as the Hawksmoor folk explain: "As the new restrictions make it a little more difficult to go ‘out out’ we figure people may want to splurge on staying ‘in in’."
The Fillet Box looks the business and contains:
- Two fillet steaks with Bone Marrow Gravy
- Creamed Spinach
- Sticky Toffee Pudding with clotted cream
- Chef Matt Brown’s Ultimate Oven Chips with nuggets of beef dripping
On the drinks front, the group's head of bars, Liam Davy, has come up with a Sour Cherry Negroni and picked out a bottle of Italian wine - Rosso Braida - to go with it all, and two Hawksmoor lagers.
Hawksmoor at Home will be on offer for the next five weeks.
