Selfridges' Brass Rail restaurant reopens for takeaway

Selfridges Brass Rail restaurant reopens for takeaway

Following the reopening of Selfridges Food Hall two weeks ago, probably the most-asked question was, "But when is The Brass Rail reopening?"

The restaurant, which first opened way back in 1966, has been serving New York-style sarnies for over 50 years. So its many fans will be pleased to hear that it's now back in business. The restaurant is now open and doing and offering of Hot Salt Beef Sandwiches and Brass Rail Reubens as well as hot and cold drinks.

It's only takeaway - for now - so if you've been missing your salt beef sandwiches, then you'll have to head to Selfridges (and maybe have a little wander around the food hall while you're at it).
