Back in December when Soho restaurant SOLA unveiled its dramatic new look, one of the key new additions was the Bourbon Room lounge and bar downstairs. Now they're using that space to offer diners the chance to pop in and try the restaurant's key dishes on an a la carte basis, rather than

Having already scored a hit in Notting Hill chef Kemal Demirasal has brought his Mediterranean and Levantine dishes to Carnaby. We went to check it out.

A year on from opening its restaurant in the City the confusingly-named Danish steakhouse KöD is gearing up to open its second place, this time in the West End.
They've taken over the site in St Anne's Place that's already hosted two restaurants that were about all things meaty, Zelman Meats and Block Soho. It's one of those spots that no one can seem to make work, so here's hoping for a more positive outcome

One opening that we didn't have on our radar for June was none other than Stormzy opening an immersive bar in Soho, which also serves pizza. But that is exactly what we have with House Party, opening today and taking over the space that was once Milk & Honey.
Sounding not 100% dissimilar to The Little Door bars, it's a doing-what-it-says-on-the-tin place in that it's "modelled

Remember last year when Supernova opened its doors in Soho with a seriously pared-back aesthetic and menu, and was an immediate hit? Well, a new place with similar vibes has just opened in the next street to them and are hoping to be an equally runaway success. CDMX Tacos is the name and it's

They've been big in Taiwan and China for a couple of decades and now Kanpai Classic is coming to London.
Setting up in Soho, on the refurbished section of Wardour Street beside the old Paul A Young store, the restaurant specialises in yakiniku, which means you'll be getting a portable charcoal cooker at your table. There's a big focus on wagyu (aged a minimum of 40 days)

Unless you've been hiding under a very capacious rock you'll know that getting a table at The Devonshire in Soho is currently one of the hardest restaurant reservations to secure in London right now.

A very pleasant way to show your support for Ukraine has just arrived in London. Piana Vyshnia is part of a chain of bars that have opened across Europe showcasing one particular spirit from the country, cherry liqueur.
The drink is a popular tipple in Ukraine, with its roots dating back to the 17th century although the first bar in this group opened in Lviv as recently as 2015. Made with cherries and

They already have some pretty special Landes chicken on the menu at Bébé Bob, which we've tried, but now they're adding even more chicken to the menu - vodka-battered nuggets.
Once again made using those Gascony-sourced Landes chickens, these nuggets are a lunchtime-only affair. They say that

They've been very popular in Dalston, and now Three Sheets are getting ready to open their second bar, this time in Soho. Run by Max and Noel Venning, the original is viewed as one of the best bars in town, and you'll also have seen Max's cocktails in many of the city's best new restaurants, like the recently opened Pearly

Having just celebrated its 15th birthday, Soho restaurant Bocca di Lupo is still knocking it out of the park. We headed for the counter to see why it's now such an integral part of Soho's restaurant scene.

It isn't often that a restaurant manages to open in the middle of Soho in a fashion that's so completely under the radar we have to wait for a reader to let us know about it. But that's the case with Grasso which threw open its doors on Dean Street just before Christmas. Even rarer, this is a restaurant that's entirely independent and family-owned.
The family in question are the McCaffreys. Seanie runs the restaurant,
