It's fair to say chefs and restaurateurs are being pretty cunning when it comes to finding ways to ensure they can reopen on 12 April. Take Tom Kerridge for example. They've been delivery-only for a while, but now Eggs n Stuff are getting ready for their first foray into the real world with a three-month pop-up in Holloway.
Taking over the space next to The Horatia on Holloway Road (home of a few choice pop-ups), they're mainly about eggy brioche buns, including:
- Sausage, Egg and Cheese - British sausage patty, free-range Clarence Court egg, American cheese and house
- Roulote is a new pop-up sandwich bar from Bar Douro
Restaurants won't be open to customers until April (outside at least) so we're starting to see some more interesting ways that they've devised to reopen before then (particularly now that we're allowed to sit and eat in the park).

We may still be a little way off from actually eating in (or outside) restaurants again, but they are still finding new ways to give us a small taste of the real thing. One of those is the burger pop-up outside Joanna's in Crystal Palace. A big success on its last appearance, it's making a return this weekend.
