The Sunny Side Up cafe is a Veuve Clicquot breakfast cafe in Soho

Veueve Clicquot is coming to Soho with The Sunny Side Cafe, a pop-up that's a little different from their standard fare. Yes, there's Champagne (of course) but this is also a pop-up that's their own take on a classic greasy spoon cafe. As you can imagine from the Champagne house, it's going to be very different from the greasy spoons that you'll have encountered before.

Inside the very yellow cafe, it's mainly all about eggs, There will be egg and Marmite soldiers, a bacon bap and more. The main dish comes from TV chef Andi Oliver, which will be Andi's Waffles. That's a fried egg with streaky bacon, confit cherry tomatoes, waffles and Andi's spiced maple syrup.

And alongside all that, you'll be able to order Champagne. There will be what they call their "Sunny sommelier" who will be roaming the room with a Champagne trolley - with yellow label or rosé on offer. Given the theme of the cafe, it's going to be a breakfast to afternoon affair only.
