Clare Smyth to leave Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and open her own restaurant
Well now, THIS is quite a story. News broke this afternoon that Clare Smyth, currently Chef Patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, is to open her own restaurant, with Ramsay's backing.
