  Shoppers at Westfield London will be able to boost their energy levels with a selection of hot sarnies from top grilled cheese purveyors Morty & Bobs in their new British sandwich bar.

• London’s oldest whisky specialist Milroy's to open second site

  Milroy’s have taken over a Spitalfields townhouse, offering four floors of whisky and cocktails.

• Tsaretta Spice brings high end Indian food to Twickenham

  Tsaretta Spice is the second location for this Indian restaurant after it started first in Meribel. 

• Australian restaurant Butcher and the Farmer comes to London at the O2

  Steve Flood and Will Stewart's restaurant is coming from Australia, all the way to the O2. The restaurant is a ‘farm-to-table’ concept and will be focused on sharing dishes

• Taps and Tapas in Tooting is a Tapas Room and London Beer Lab team-up

  This is a joint venture between The Tapas Room and London Beer Lab, offering ‘pub-style’ tapas, beers, and more. 

• Caravan are launching Vardo in Chelsea on King's Road

  The new opening from the people behind Caravan will be in an impressive new building and serve a globally influenced menu with UK ingredients

• Simon Rogan to Launch Henrock in the Lake District's Linthwaite House

  Simon Rogan, who's also behind the famed L'Enclume and Roganic in London is opening Henrock. It will be within Linthwaite House, a country hotel set next to Lake Windermere in the Lake District.

• Bubala is opening a vegetarian Middle-Eastern restaurant on Commercial Street

  Following a series of supper clubs, Bubala will open its first permanent site on Commercial Street, Spitalfields.

• The Berkeley launches a brand new bar - The Berkeley Bar and Terrace

• Lost in Brixton is Brixton Village's new jungle-themed rooftop terrace

  

  If you’re a regular shopper at London’s Brixton Village, from August you might notice party-goers heading towards a secret staircase in one of its previously unloved corners. They’ll be heading up to ‘Lost in Brixton’, a new light-flooded terrace space, designed to represent a concrete jungle, complete with a retractable roof. But they’re not necessarily leaving the gourmet delights of the market behind.
