New opening

The restaurateur who brought us Sumosan has brought in the former head chef of The Palomar for this new Islington restaurant.

The people behind Kensington's Romulo Café & Restaurant are coming to Soho for their next opening - Kasa and Kin.

This will be a combination of all-day restaurant & bar, bakery and patisserie, all centred in Filipino cuisine. At this stage, we know more about what will be happening with the pattiserie. On that menu will be pandesal bread

A new restaurant appears to have opened quietly in the last week or so on the riverside at Butler's Wharf called Coco. They bill themselves as serving food from a "landscape of flavours of Anatolian regions". Here's an idea of the menu
