The limited edition, one day only burger will be very gamey affair made with double fallow deer meat

The latest burger to get on your list is a one-month-only collaboration between Haché and top cookbook author Sabrina Ghayour, giving things a little Middle-Eastern touch. She's created the Merguez Mama - and that's Haché’s 6oz prime hachéd steak burger topped with Merguez sausage, harissa ketchup, dill mayonnaise and crumbled feta, served in Haché’s signature brioche bun.

Yes, National Vegetarian Week is nearly with us, and if that means a lot of aubergines, then we'll be happy. And getting in on the act is Tabasco, show are teaming up with The Vurger Co for the Auberger.  That's aubergine, onion and chickpea mixed with Tabasco Chipotle Sauce (of course) and topped with smoked cheese all served in a brioche bun.

They're best known for their meat, for sure, but now Roast in Borough Market are going all vegetarian. It's all linked to the launch of Vegetarian Week (15 -21 May) and to mark that, they've been developing their own veggie burger.

MEATliquor are coming to West London as they get ready to take over the kitchens at the recently revamped Queens Skate, Dine and Bowl. So if you fancy some burgers and cocktail to fuel that strike, they're the people to provide them. It's a huge old spot too - they'll seat 80 for dining, but the bar fits a huge 200. That's plenty of space to knock down a house grog or two.

Summing it all up: They've been launching burger joints across town, but this is the first time that Patty & Bun have headed out west. Expect the usual fave burgers, a bar and more. 

Now THAT's a burger. News has just reached us of this very special burger going on the menu at Chick n Sours for the whole of March. It's the Macho Nacho Burger and is "fried thigh, Chengdu chicken, kimchee cheese, Vietnamese pickles". Plus, profits from the £12 burger will go to the Cook for Syria fund. So you might want to start planning when you're popping down for one now.

Two of London's best are getting together for this mighty burger - on sale for March only.

An American/Mexican hybrid called The Wall (you can guess what that's based on), it's an aged beef patty, brisket birria, American cheese, burnt morita chile, sesame seed salsa, jalapeño, lemon, onion. All that plus for each burger sold they'll be donating £1 to Save the Children charity for their U.S border
