It's an incredibly personalised experience with the customer picking their favourite ingredients and the menu being created from there. Make sure to finish with the signature baba.

This restaurant at The Dorchester hotel, serving up fine French food, is features Chef Patron Jean-Philippe Blondet, as the man interpreting Ducasse for the London scene. There's a distinct effort for dishes here to be lighter than the normal rich Michelin fare.
