Restaurant Reviews
12 Market Row, Brixton Market, London SW9 8LD
This new fried chicken restaurant is from William Leigh and Scott Collins (who's also behind Meat Liquor). Expect fried chicken done as best as it can be plus plenty of cocktails, craft beer and more.
5 Regent Street, London NW10 5LG
He's had a big hit with the Mall Tavern and now Jesse Dunford Wood has expanded further to Kensal Green.
116 Knightsbridge, Wellington Court, London, SW1X 7PJ
Following successful international openings this Mari Vanna is the London outpost of the restaurant hoping to bring authentic Russian cuisine to Londoners. Expect to be welcomed into a London townhouse with - how shall we put it? - an eclectic design and a menu with caviar and dumplings.
14-15 Hoxton Market, London N1 6HG
This is the next from MEATliquor, the place that all other burger joints and dirty food providers look up to. This new location has taken over an old Christian mission - hence the name - and has put its stamp on the building with a spectacular stained glass roof. It'll also accept reservations, although the times are very limited (but there is no table turning). Expect burgers, wings, hot dogs and "trash plates".
