Tem Ban thai food pops up at Clapham's The King and Co.

Next up at the King and Co - the Clapham pub with a very interesting line of residencies - is a up-and-coming Thai pop-up Tem Ban. Their head chef Craig Broadhurst as worked at The Begging Bowl in Peckham, Andy Oliver’s Thai Grill at Bar Story and was a Sous Chef at Smoking Goat.

They'll be running a menu of South East Asian small plates - including:

  • Crispy Pigs Ears with sour burnt chilli sauce
  • Beef La Lot and rustic Red Curry Fish Cakes
  • Whole Thai Steamed Fish
  • Regularly changing bowls of stir fried shellfish
  • Homemade Pandan ice cream drizzled with coconut and palm sugar caramel

And for weekend brunch, they'll have Banana Roti with condensed milk.
