Gordon Ramsay opening multiple Las Vegas restaurants

caesarspalaceBack in December we reported that Gordon Ramsay had plans to open a steakhouse in Las Vegas. Those plans are still underway - he'll be opening in the space currently occupied by Les Artistes at the Paris on the Las Vegas Strip at some point this summer.

Now it seems that Gordon's plans for Vegas aren't limited to the Paris. According to the New York Post's Page Six gossip column this week, the chef is also in talks with Caesars Palace to open no less than three venues, one of which will be a grill and anoother a pub/bar.

A source told the paper that 'the project will be fully managed and run internally by Caesars. Ramsay will have creative involvement but not creative control, and make regular celebrity appearances.' The first restaurant will open in early 2012.

The news was confirmed by Gordon Ramsay's company which said: 'We are working on exciting projects with Caesars Entertainment and will have further announcements shortly.'
