Fitzrovian schnitzel and spritz joint Boopshi's has hit upon the perfect way to bring their signature schnitzel to the office crowd - they're bunging it in a bun.
From this week they'll be serving up your choice of schnitzel (chicken, pork or veal) in soft viennoise buns to takeaway every weekday from 12-3.30pm. And on Friday 24th January - as a launch offer - schnitzels in buns will cost just £2 each to the first 100 lunchtime visitors through their doors.
