Lucky Covent Garden residents and workers. Not content with having the rather fabulous Balthazar Boulangerie on their doorstep, now they can also get their food delivered for free.
The Boulangerie begins door to door free deliveries to the WC2 area today – Monday to Friday between 11am and 5pm. You can also get them to send goodies to other parts of central London, but there will be a courier fee.
The new service lets you order everything from a tarte provencale for £3.50 to mushroom, Comté and spinach croissant for £4. There are also salads, sandwiches, soups, breakfast viennoiseries, savouries, cookies & cakes, bread & focaccia and afternoon tea (including tea-for-two box at £25) on offer as well as coffees, teas and cold drinks.
