With perfect timing, as we get ready for restaurants across the UK to open, BBC's Great British Menu returns to our screens. This year, there's a new judge (Rachel Khoo) and the theme is dishes celebrating British innovation. It kicks off on Wednesday 24 March 2021 on BBC Two at 8pm.
