Trullo have painted their entire restaurant Arsenal red to celebrate the Premier League win

We've seen quite a few restaurants doing their bit to celebrate Arsenal's recent Premier League win (like Half Cut Market putting on £5 glasses of chilled reds), but Trullo have really gone the extra mile.

The Islington restaurant (one of the very best in the area) opened 16 years ago and for all that time, it's been a very distinctive blue colour. But to celebrate Arsenal's first Premier League win in 22 years, they've decided to paint the entire restaurant Arsenal red. Speaking to Trullo's head chef, Ed Grace, he's been planning this with Trullo's GM, Amber, in secret for weeks, having bought all the paint well in advance.

It's not forever, mind. The restaurant will be red for three weeks and then it will go back to its traditional blue colour. Next weekend, of course, the Arsenal parade will be going right past the restaurant, so it's definitely not going to go unnoticed by the team itself. And if you're an Arsenal fan and needed a reason to visit one of London's best Italian restaurants, this is surely it.
