If you've been missing James Cochran's Around The Cluck, it's just made a return to London, popping up as a residency near Old Street. He's taken over the food being served in family-run pub Old Fountain, where he'll be serving up his chicken every day.
On the menu at the pub, you'll now find:
- The OG Chicken Burger, with whipped blue cheese mousse, buffalo sauce, bacon crumb, bread & butter pickles
- All Gravy Baby! Chicken Burger, with chicken gravy emulsion, crispy chicken skin, crispy onions, lettuce, pickles
- Katsuuuuuuuuuuu Chicken Burger with katsu sauce, pickles, sesame, apple, and coriander
They'll also have chicken tenders, with options including Szechuan chilli oil, sesame and lime or jerk hot honey glaze and more besides.
And it'll be worth keeping an eye on future announcements from them, as Cochran is apparently getting ready to reveal a special Sunday lunch menu in the weeks to come.
