Canary Wharf has a shiny new handpulled noodle spot courtesy of JMD Lamian Noodle Bar

If you were at Canary Wharf over the weekend, you'll probably have spotted the epic queues on Bank Street. Turns out Londoners can get very excited about the launch of a new noodle restaurant. The place in question is JMD Lamian Noodle Bar, a Chinese halal restaurant that also has a very popular branch at Liverpool Street.

If you haven't been before, then the big selling point here are the noodles, which you can watch being made in front of you. If you're opting for soup, you choose the thickness and the broth and then you get a bunch of condiments to add extra flavour. There's also a dry noodle section with the biang biang noodles the most popular option.
