Milan seafood restaurant Langosteria is finally about to join The OWO

roomHow Langosteria looks in Milan

It has been a VERY long time coming, but it seems that Langosteria is finally opening at The OWO in Whitehall. Originally planned for early 2024 at the latest, there's been quite a delay in getting this Milan restaurant to open in the UK. We've even seen one of the original restaurants that launched with The OWO close since then (Café Laperouse). Hopefully Langosteria will have a less troubled launch.

Starting as a Milan restaurant, Langosteria is described as a "fashion-world haunt" in that location. The restaurant has previously expanded to Paris and St Moritz, and it's been called a "fine dining restaurant with Italian roots". Looking at the Milan menu, that means dishes like:

  • Black grouper tagliata
  • John Dory and borage tempura
  • Blue lobster “alla catalana”

The menu's really all about seafood, and we should see the same on the London menu but with an emphasis on local produce and catches. We'll have more about the menu closer to the opening date.
