They've had huge success in Highbury over the past year, both in and outside of lockdown and now Top Cuvée are expanding east with a new Shop Cuvee in Bethnal Green.
It'll be split into two with the main ground floor being a natural wine shop like the one in Highbury, but things change when you head downstairs. There, you'll find Cave Cuvée, a Paris-inspired underground wine bar. You'll be able to grab a bottle from the shelves in the shop and head downstairs with it.
As well as the wines, they've once again teamed with Three Sheets for the cocktails, and there will be a small plates menu to go alongside. They'll also be looking to host chef collaborations down there too.
