Haché and Sambal Shiok team up for the Chicken Satay Burger

Haché and Sambal Shiok team up for the Chicken Satay Burger

it's time for another of Haché's special burgers, they've been teaming up with some of the best female chefs in town, and once again it's a mash-up that looks well worth checking out.

This time they're teaming up with Sambal Shiok's Mandy Yin for the new Chicken Satay Burger, which was originally served on Sambal Shiok's street food stall. That's made of a spiced chicken patty with Sambal Shiok peanut sauce, sweet cucumber and red onion pickles and sambal chilli sauce in a brioche bun. It'll be all yours for £11.

And as usual - £1 from the sale of the burger goes to a charity of the chef's choice. This time Mandy Yin has chosen Parkinson’s UK. About the burger, she says:

I am thrilled to be working with Hache to bring my chicken satay burger back to London. It is the perfect accompaniment to summer with its spicy tropical flavours, and I'm sure will turn many on to the delights of Malaysian cuisine.
