Recently launched in Coal Drops Yard, Morty and Bobs are well known for their very fine cheese toasties. Now they're settled in their fancy new restaurant, they're teaming up with other chefs for the monthly Melt Collaborations. And to kick things off, they've drafted in Mark Hix.
The new toastie from Hix and M&B features black pudding, spring onions and tangy apple sauce, grilled between thick slices of sourdough bread, topped with melted Neal's Yard Dairy cheddar. But it's only there for a month - so if that takes your fancy, get down there asap.
