Espresso Martini Fest returns with even more coffee and booze

Espresso Martini Fest returns with even more coffee and booze

If you love all things caffeine-rich and boozy (guilty as charged), then this is one for you - Mr Black’s Espresso Martini Fest is back for after a successful debut last year and it’s going to be bigger than ever.

There are some 100 bars taking part all over the city, plus a Church of Coffee pop-up space, and events throughout the weekend. And best of all, the cocktails are all priced at a very reasonable £6 (with a £10 ticket.)

This time around, it’ll be a four-day long festival that’ll include bars across the capital like Blacklock, Sager + Wilde and The Bloomsbury Club Bar, who’ll be serving up the original espresso martini, plus their own riff on the drink using Mr Black’s own coffee liqueur.

The festival will also have a dedicated space for events throughout the weekend, dubbed the Church of Coffee, which will be based in the Truman Brewery. There’ll, you’ll be able to take place in an espresso art class, a bottomless brunch, a Cold Brew pop-up bar, and a doughnut decoration class courtesy of the creative souls at Doughnut Time.

A digital pass for the weekend will cost you £10, but the first 1,000 will get a cocktail thrown in for free.

Tom Baker, Founder of Mr Black, said: "2018 will be bigger, better and boozier with over 100 bars taking part and the launch of our Church of Coffee. We’ve secured a dedicated space in The Old Truman Brewery which we’ll bring together all things booze and coffee culture together under one roof for a big caffeinated party."

You can book your tickets and see the full list of participating bars on their website.
