The latest pop-up to hit Selfridges' Food Hall comes in the form of sushi rolls from Inigo. You might have seen them in the City (and formerly in Soho) but if not, they're best known for their sushi hand rolls - essentially supersized sushi rolls, more the size of a burrito.

At Selfridges, they'll have their usual rolls on offer. So that includes Salmon Avo and Spicy Tuna rolls (using a Ponzu marinade, Baby Gem Lettuce, Pickled Daikon & Spicy Mayo). On the
