The run of interesting residencies over at Birthdays in Dalston continues. If you were out of town over Easter you may have missed the opening of their latest one by Little Ghost. This street food turned pop up spot serves up Asian-inspired bagels, loaded fries and squid ink fried chicken. It's all very dark, in the best of ways.
