Earlier this year, Chef Tom Booton revealed that after six years, he was stepping down from The Grill at The Dorchester, about a year after the restaurant was renamed to The Grill by Tom Booton. Well, as the chef has now departed, the restaurant is getting back its original name, and a new chef at the top.
