• Mayfair's 34 to host week long Gone Fishing pop-up from Ben Orpwood

  Mayfair restaurant 34 is undergoing a week-long change in May as they invite Ben Orpwood, a British chef now based in Sydney, to take over the kitchen for their Gone Fishing pop-up for six days.

  He'll be revamping the menu with his own dishes which include:

  • Sharing plates with sashimi, scallops with yuzu & soy granita and tuna tataki from the raw bar

• York & Albany get ready for their summer beach hut pop-up

  

  With spring well and truly here, now everyone's allowing themselves to think forward to summer - and York And Albany in Camden is getting ahead of the game with the launch of their latest pop-up, the York & Albany’s Beach Hut.

• Selfridges latest rooftop pop-up is On the Roof with Vintage Salt

   

  It's tine for another change on the rooftop at Selfridges, where the Chalet is about to be replaced by a new pop-up, the seaside themed On the Roof with Vintage Salt.

  It comes from Des McDonald, who was behind the previous pop-ups as well as Q Grill, Fish & Chip Shop and Holborn Dining Room. This new pop-up is apparently based on a Cornish fishing village and feartures include:

• Ketel One Vodka Kitchen comes to the Folly in the City

  

  The Folly on Gracechurch Street in the City is about to get a new cocktail pop-up, the Ketel One Vodka Kitchen.

• Country garden pop-up comes to Sky Pod at Sky Garden

  

  While it looks like the good weather is with us for a short while, there's another option to sit out in the garden if you prefer the security of a cover over your cocktail.

  The Sky Pod bar at Sky Garden (at the top of the Walkie Talkie building) is launching an Eccentric English Country Garden pop-up. It'll come with a smattering of faux lawns and daffodils with some new cocktails too including Rooibos Tea Party
