• Monica Galetti is opening Mere restaurant on Charlotte Street

  She's currently best known as a MasterChef Professionals judge and before that, Monica Galetti was the senior sous chef at Le Gavroche, where she'd been for 2 years. Next up is her own restaurant called Mere in Fitzrovia.

• Shake Shack comes to Victoria with burgers and a Cocoa Beer Float

  

  The huge Nova complex in Victoria is entering its final stages now, and it's clearly bringing a HUGE change to the area (and we say this from experience, having worked there in the past). And the latest to open the doors will be the next burger outlet from Shake Shack.
