If you've been online at all over the bank holiday weekend, you can't have failed to see stories and posts of the epic queues for people wanting to visit the Korean food market in King's Cross. Such was the allure of the influencer Rollin Lee-curated festival that the space quickly became overwhelmed, having to switch to ticket-only mid-weekend.
