"Pot-sticker dumplings, though, were heavy and tasted grimly of burnt plastic or rubber (deliberate or accidental, I cannot say), and a dish of lamb and rice, all tumbled together and roasted, had an awful gamey tang to it, which didn’t seem right at all, but may have been." READ REVIEW

"I realise we've forgotten to order Sichuan's beloved twice-cooked belly pork with black bean and chilli, but there's so much more to explore. Baiwei is the kind of rickety little joint you'd find in backstreet Sheung Wan, but with a better travelled menu. And I mean that as quite the compliment." READ REVIEW
