Is Theo Randall thinking of opening somewhere new in London? We ask only because when Hot Dinners caught up with the InterContinental Hotel's chef at the recent La Dolce Vita fair in London, he was particularly evasive when we quizzed him on his plans for the year.
As you'll see from our chat, it does seem like the chef has plans for something exciting - he just wasn't prepared to tell us just yet what they were. Hmmn, you'll have to watch this space!
