- Chargrilled BBQ chicken
- Fried catfish
- Sides inc tomato and cucumber; Watermelon salads; Braised yellow beans; and Collard greens.
As for dessert, it's up in the air at the mo - but we hear Brad McDonald is considering chocolate chess pie, blueberry cheesecake and a selection of seasonal ice creams.
