If you've always fancied dinner from Michelin starred Michael Caines, but haven't made it to Gidleigh Park yet, then Harrod's are giving you an alternative...
He's getting a position in the Harrod's Food Hall in September as their latest Chef of the Season for two months (following Anna Hansen), where you'll be able to pick up one of his ready meals with a difference.
The offering will include Goat’s cheese mousse with jasmine raisin vinaigrette as a starter, Bouillabaisse with sea bass, prawns, scallops and salmon or Best end of lamb with herb crust, ratatouille and a tapenade jus as a main and Chocolate orange confit mousse for dessert (among others).
All the recipes will be taken from his upcoming book Michael Caines at home.
The new dishes will be available from 10th September.
