Brindisa opening Tramontana Brindisa in Shoreditch

Brindisa

Update - Tramontana Brindisa is having a soft launch with 50% off food on 4/5 September. Call 07591 742045 or email reservations@tramontanabrindisa.com to book.

The Tapas Brindisa group, already behind some of the most successful Spanish restaurants in town, are about to add a fourth restaurant to their staple. Tramontana Brindisa will open in Shoreditch in August, taking over the site where Saf used to be.

Tramontana Brindisa will focus on the Spanish Mediterranean - which covers northern Catalonia to Almeria and the Balearic Islands. So that means lots of fresh fish and Mediterranean fruit and vegetables. Typical ingredients from these areas will be the focus of the menu, such as anchovies, rice, artichokes, almonds and saffron while rice and pasta will be a Tramontana Brindisa speciality. There will also be plenty of cured fish and meat on the menu.

Wines too, will be sourced specifically from the region showcasing local grapes like Monastrell and Moscatel.  With the area being home to Cava, you can also expect a Cava menu should you be in the mind for some Spanish sparkling. All of this will be showcased on their huge 18 metre wine wall.

Tramontana Brindisa will open on 152-154 Curtain Road on September 4. Tapas Brindisa Soho is at 46 Broadwick Street, W1. 07591 742045.
