If you're a fan of lists and you're a fan of going out for a good cocktail, then this morning's publication of the Top 50 Cocktail Bars List is for you. From the same company who brings us the World's 50 Best Restaurants and The World's 50 Best Bars every year, comes this more regional list of the UK's best watering holes.
London does particularly well in this year's list with a total of 23 bars up in the Top 50 including the most important No 1 ranking bar which, this year, is Satan's Whiskers. The Bethnal Green bar was praised for "embodying the ideal neighbourhood bar".
Fancy a trip out of town for a good cocktail? Then you're best off heading to Yorkshire which came second to London by getting five of its bars on there.

As you can see East London's clearly your best bet for a cracking cocktail with 10 bars up in the Top 50.
