Latest to join the meal-delivery circuit are mini steak empire Gaucho, who have just kicked off a series of finish-at-home meal kits. While steak itself isn't on the menu, there are two main kits to choose from:
- Beef Wellington (with whipped provolone potatoes)
- Gaucho pies - choose from Beef and Malbec, Chicken, chorizo, tomato and white bean or Burrata, spinach and baked onion
Each of those is a three-course kit and, to launch with, comes with spiced butternut squash soup, cured salmon and a flourless chocolate cake with espresso cream and dulce de leche.
They also have a Sunday Roast delivery on the way (on sale from 7 February), which centres around a half-roasted Picanha, which you finish off, with churrasco and all the trimmings.
So, if working from home has you missing your local Gaucho - this is one to bear in mind.
