They've been very popular in Dalston, and now Three Sheets are getting ready to open their second bar, this time in Soho. Run by Max and Noel Venning, the original is viewed as one of the best bars in town, and you'll also have seen Max's cocktails in many of the city's best new restaurants, like the recently opened Pearly

Right at the end of 2022, the very highly rated Oriole cocktail bar closed down in its original location - but with a vow to open somewhere else. Early in 2023, they popped up in Southwark, but now they're getting ready to return for good, this time in Covent Garden. 

They'll be opening up the new Oriole in The Yards in Covent Garden, the same area where you'll find Lahpet, but

The name alludes to Gymkhana's address on Albemarle Street but the entrance to the bar will actually be through the door neighbouring the restaurant. It's going to be a late-night haunt, with last orders at 2am every evening.

Now it turns out that they've spent that time not simply refurbishing the restaurant but in fact building a new bar.
