Just outside St Ives in Cornwall, as part of the Carbis Bay resort, there's an absolutely spectacular restaurant space with a completely uninterrupted sea view. Until last year, that was the home for Adam Handling's Ugly Butterfly, which we took a Test Drive of ourselves. And soon, it's going to be the Cornwall home of Restaurant Story's Tom Sellers, called MOR.

Sellers had already popped up there in pre-Covid times, so it's a space he's familiar with.

The latest big new restaurant to open at Selfridges is the Brasserie of Light - their team-up with Caprice - the people behind The Ivy restaurants, Sexy Fish and lots more. And like Sexy Fish, this has a big old Damen Hirst installation front and centre.  

If you quite fancied the idea of trying Tom Sellers' Merry Men pop-up, but weren't fast enough off the bat to get yourself a table, then here's another approach.

Sellers' three week pop-up in Bermondsey also features the Merry Men bar. It's a walk-in, 'no reservation' spot with room for up to 40.

Well it's fair to say that Tom Sellers' new venture, Restaurant Ours, burst on to the London scene with one helluva party last night. Hot Dinners somehow managed to slip past the bouncers and hordes of paparazzi to gain entrance to one of the most fun dos we've been to in a while.
