Now this looks like an interesting residency - on for four weeks only. Lee Skeet was head chef at Hedone and has also worked with Marcus Wareing and Tom Aikens before that. It's his second residency since popping up at Carousel and this one will be all about fish. The menu will change depending on the day's catch, but the draft one does look pretty good indeed:
